We conduct research to better understand the needs of communities and to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. Our research is guided by the principles of community-based participatory research, which ensures that community members have a voice in the research process.

Research
R.E.G. Solutions works with organizers, planners, civic engineers, and non-profits on creating surveys and assessments around environmental impacts in their neighborhoods. We also create surveys around company climates, engagement and belonging.

Workshop/Webinars
We help communities come together to identify and address their unique needs. Through facilitated discussions, workshops, and events, we empower residents and organizations to take an active role in shaping the future of their communities.
Speaking Engagements
We use speaking engagements as an opportunity to disseminate tools and strategies related to fostering inclusive processes in through panels and educational opportunities. We have spoken on STEM equity, PAR, DEI, and environmental justice.
